To establish the certificate types that an enterprise certification authority can issue

Log on to the system as an Administrator.
Open Certification Authority.
In the console tree, right-click Certificate Templates click New, then click Certificate Template to Issue.
Where?
- Certification Authority (Computer)
- CA name
- Certificate Templates
Select a certificate template to begin using for issuance.
